Dear valued patient: In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, our practice has followed directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Ohio Department of Health, and the Ohio State Dental Board as a way to limit patient and staff exposure to this virus.

Many of our patients have expressed concern about how their health will be protected if they are to be seen in our office. The safety and well-being of our patients and staff continues to be our primary concern. Any staff member or patient with known risk factors or symptoms for COVID-19 will be asked to contact their physician immediately and patients will be rescheduled. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and keep you up-to-date regarding our plans for business in the future.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is still a very fluid and unprecedented situation that is out of our control.
